The Big three.

Bench press, squat and deadlift , we all know they are the most famous workouts in every gym. These three movement work several muscles groups and it is the most effective way to increase strength.Pay more attention and polish these exercises, and get it right .

Stop doing 1 REP MAX ( 1RM)

One repetition maximum (1RM) is used for determine a person maximum strength. It is not ideal to cooperate it into every single workout. it is ok to do it once every 3 months or six months to determine progression, but too often will increase the risk of injuries, yikes!!

Form first, weight later.

This one goes to the beginner lifter. First thing we need to pay attention to is the correct way of lifting. Understand the How, and the Why. Lastly, Practice, practice and practice before loading some weights.

Make it simple.

Try not to complicated your training routine. 3 to 4 exercises for one muscle part , 3 sets for 8 to 10 reps , and done. Understand the reason why you do the exercise , and whether or not it serve you goal.
